pattern grading

Grading is the mathematical process of increasing or decreasing the master pattern pieces to get a full range of sizes. This time-consuming work is made considerably easier and faster through the use of Cad/Cam System. The grading process results in a full set of graded pattern pieces in the requested size range planned for manufacture.
Usually the starting point of grading is the middle size of the secondary sample. The secondary sample, the patterns that belong and the size table are used to make the grading. The size table is then adjusted during the process.
